Replacing Teachers Requires Adequate Training

Dr. Mohyeddin Bahram Mohammadian, speaking in the meeting of OERP executives, said 'due to implementing Education Fundamental Transformation Charter and according to the national curriculum, we were bound to modify textbooks of two grades each year and as a result to transfer teachers of some grades, that no longer existed, to another grade. Those teachers needed adequate training on the teaching methods and contents of new textbooks', reported by OERP Public and International Relations.

He also said, 'this year, each chapter of new textbooks were made available for public on the internet so as to comment on. Relevant viewpoints of teachers, experts and scholars were included in the validation stage. So in fact no textbook is published before being checked by related teachers.'
