He added that this directly correlates with improving their social status and livelihood that must be gained through professional monitoring and assessment.

The Head of OERP remarked that teachers' mental relaxation and job satisfaction as well as preserving their individual rights have big shares in improvement of learning-teaching process and promotion of quality of education.

He considered their assessment by a teachers' regulatory body as an appropriate strategy for achieving active and fresh participation of teachers. He urged launching such a body and insisted that teachers themselves must supervise their professional rights and duties.
