He said that distance education schools were established to cover all school-age children that, for any reason, fail to attend schools. He added, 'A second group of students of such schools are those adult students that do not meet the age condition of regular schools.'
He further said that the main goal of Pen Festival is to expand and deepen students' creativity as well as to encourage teachers in more innovative educational activities.
