Sixth Session of the Iranian National Committee for Education

To prepare the national document on Education 2030, a draft document outlining the contents of the national document on Education 2030 should be prepared for discussion at the next session of the Committee;
Drs Sepehri, Alahyar, Nourshahi and Mohebhosseini, who are also in charge of a number of the national task groups for preparing the national document on Education 2030, were designated as speakers for the panel on “the role of continuing skills’ education in achieving the SDGs”, at the 5th National Conference and the 4th International Conference on Skills’ Learning and Employment;
Two Iranian representatives from the Ministry of Education to be nominated to UNESCO for participation in the UNESCO International Conference on the Prevention of Violent Extremism through Education: Taking Action (New Delhi, 19-20 September, 2016)
To enhance inter-sectoral cooperation between relevant Technical and Vocational Education and Training organisations, organising a coordinating-advisory meeting, upon termination of the 5th National Conference and the 4th International Conference on Skills’ Learning and Employment and preparation of the national education 2030 document, was called for.
