Mirhashem Hoseini who is studying at Talash Technical School in Mianeh (an Eastern Azerbaijan Province town) won Asian competition gold medal of taekwondo martial art after five successive achievements, reported by Ministry of Education PR and Information Center quoting East Azerbaijan Province Department of Education.

On the second day of the 22nd Asian Taekwondo Championships held in Manila, the Philippines, Hoseini defeated all his competitors from South Korea, Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, Mongolia and Thailand and acquired the gold medal.
