Of all the under-oppressed nations, less people are struggling for a revolution; and save the revolutionary ideals. But the glorious Revolution of the Iranian nation, the largest and most popular revolution of the new era, is the only revolution that made a glorious movement, and with all the temptations that seemed irresistible, protected the dignity and the authenticity of its slogans, and now, it has entered to its second stage of self-development and civilization. May God bless this nation; and the generation that started and continued it, and the generation that is now entering the great and universal process of this revolution after forty years.
The day, when the world was divided to the East and the West, and nobody thought of a great religious movement, the Islamic Revolution of Iran, with its might and splendor, broke many boundaries and started a new era. It was natural when the leaders of misconduct and oppression reacted against our revolution, however this reaction failed; and the Islamic Revolution continues to keep up with its slogans.
The Islamic revolution, as a living and vibrant phenomenon, is always flexible and ready to correct its errors, but it will not be revised and is not passive. We look at criticisms as positive and consider them to be the blessing of God, while does not distance itself from any values of its values.
The Islamic Republic is inconspicuous and does not lack feelings and perceptions against new phenomena and situations, but adheres to its principles and is highly sensitive to its limits with its rivals and enemies.
The Islamic Revolution of the Iranian nation was powerful, merciful and even oppressed. It has not committed crimes that are the cause of the stigma of many uprisings and movements. In no way, even with the United States and Saddam Hussein, we did not shoot the first bullet and, in all cases, our system defended itself after the enemy's attack; and, of course, but heavily struck back. From the beginning till today, this revolution has not been brutal and bloody. Standing openly and courageously against bullying, and has defended the oppressed.
Now, at the beginning of a new chapter in the life of the Islamic Republic, I would like to say little to our dear young people, a generation who steps up to start another part of the Great Jihad for building a great Islamic Iran, and the first word is about the past.
Dear ones! You cannot eradicate the ignorance except by experimenting or listening to others' experiences. Many of what we have seen and tested, your generation has not yet seen. You must protect your revolution and be proactive to bring it closer to its great cause, which is the creation of a new Islamic civilization.
To take steady steps in the future, we need to know the past well and learn from the experiences. If this strategy is neglected, lies will be replaced the truth, and the future will be threatened. The adversaries of the revolution are motivated by strong motives, distortions and lies about the past and even the present, utilizing money and all the tools for it.
The Islamic Revolution and the system that emerged from it began from the zero point. First of all, everything was against us, even the corrupt regime of the tyranny, which, in addition to its dependence and corruption, was the first royal regime in Iran that was alienated.
Secondly, there was no precedent or pathway experienced by us. Obviously, Marxist uprisings and the like could not be considered a model for a revolution that emerged from the text of Islamic belief and knowledge. Islamic revolutionaries began without experience.
Then, the revolution of the Iranian nation transformed the bipolar world of those days into a three polar world. Thus, the path of the world changed, and the earthquake of the revolution awakened pharaohs in their comfortable bed; so the hostilities began with all intensity; if there was no enormous power of the faith and the motivation of this nation and the heavenly leadership and endorsement of our Imam, fighting hostility, plunder, conspiracy, and mistreatment were not possible.
The jihadist administrations inspired by the Islamic Faith and believing in the principle of "We Can", which the Imam has taught us all, brought Iran to dignity and progress in all fields.
The revolution has turned the disgraceful tyrannical monarchy regime into a popular and democratic state and guaranteed the stability and security of the country and territorial integrity and the protection of the borders. The country's engine has been developing in the field of science and technology, and the creation of a vital, economic and developmental infrastructure. Thousands of great companies, infrastructure projects for the country in the areas of civil and transportation, industry, power, mining, health, agriculture and water, millions of university educators or students, thousands of academic units throughout the country, dozens of projects, such as the nuclear fuel cycle, stem cells, nanotechnology, biotechnology, and many more have been created. It has culminated popular participations in political issues such as elections, confrontation with domestic strife, presence in national and victorious scenes, and boosted social issues, such as helping out and engaging in charity activities that had begun before the revolution. The political insight of the people and their view on international issues were dramatically enhanced. Political analysis and understanding of international issues on issues such as crimes of the United States, the Palestinian issue and the historical cruelty on its people was brought to attention.
The level of spirituality and ethics in the society has greatly increased. A magnificent and glorious symbol of standing up against the bullying and the merciless people of the world, especially Americans, became more and more eminent.
Dear youths! These are a limited part of the major headlines in the history of the Islamic Revolution, a great and lasting revolution that you must take the second great step for the advancement of divine goals.
Today, Iran like the beginning of the revolution faces so many challenges, but with a significant difference; a challenge to the west is Iran's strong presence on the borders of the Zionist regime which is disliked by Americans, and another one is that the Islamic Republic defends the Palestinians, Hezbollah and resistances throughout the region.
And if before, the West's problem was to prevent the purchase of basic weapons by Iran, today its problem is to prevent the transfer of advanced Iranian weapons to the forces of resistance.
Young managers, young brothers, young intellectuals, young activists must take on their responsibilities in all political, economic, cultural and international fields, as well as in the areas of religion, ethics, spirituality and justice; and learn from past experiences and gains in order to transform Iran to a model of the complete Islamic system.
An important point to keep in mind is that in our country where natural and human capacities are considered to be inadequate, while, many of the capacities have not been used or neglected by individuals. We have tremendous fortunes for the Islamic Republic
Other than that, the material opportunities of the country are also a long list for which efficient and prudent and wise managers can, by activating and utilizing them, increase national incomes significantly and make the country rich, and solve current problems.
The Islamic Republic has been one of the world's most successful countries in relocating its services and wealth from the center to all parts of the country. The great statistics of construction and housing, the establishment of industrial centers and the reform of agriculture, and the delivery of electricity and water and medical centers and academic units and dams and power plants and the like to the furthest regions of the country, is something to be truly proud of.
Iran has about 7 percent of the world's mineral resources, with a massive underground resources, an exceptional geographic location between East and West, and North and South, a large national market, a large regional market with 15 neighbors with 600 million inhabitants, long beaches, land fertility with diverse agricultural and horticultural products, large and varied economies, which are parts of the country's capacities; many of the capacities remain intact. Iran is said to be in the first place in the world in terms of unused capacities in natural sources and human fields.
Now I will advise you my dear children about some basic headings. These topics are: science and research, spirituality and ethics, economics, justice and the fight against corruption, independence and freedom, national dignity and foreign relations.
Over the course of this forty years - and now and as always - the propaganda, false news, biased analyzes, reversals of reality and media policy of the enemy and its most active plans are the disappointment of the people and even our officials and managers of the future.Make your hopes grow for the future in yourselves and others. Fight despair which is your first and best jihad. Know your magnanimity with the power of God, take your way to the future and create an epic
Knowledge is the most obvious means of dignity and power of a country. The Western world was blessed with its knowledge, which provided for itself the wealth and influence of two hundred years, and despite the poor in the moral and religious foundations, by imposing the Western lifestyle on the backward communities of the world. We do not advise on the exploitation of knowledge like the West, but we urgently insist on the need of the country to boost the source of knowledge among ourselves. It's now nearly two decades that scientific development has begun in the country and has progressed at a speed that has surprised global observers.
Our knowledge and technology achievements during this period, which brought us to the 16th rank among more than 200 countries around the world, became a surprise for global observers.
But what I want to say is that this path, with all its importance, was just a beginning. We are still far from the peaks of the knowledge of the world, where we must reach the summits. We must cross the current boundaries of knowledge. We have started from zero.
We are now starting to move, but accelerating and this acceleration should continue for many years. I have always been reminded and encouraged by academics and research centers and scholars, and warmly and decisively and seriously about this issue, but now I am calling on the young people to take this path with greater sense of responsibility.
Spirituality means to highlight spiritual values such as: sincerity, sacrifice, trust, faith in oneself and in society, and ethics means observing virtues such as benevolence, helping the needy, truthfulness, courage, Self-confidence and other good deeds.
Spiritual intellect and moral conscience grow in society more and more; this will undoubtedly require jihad and effort, and this struggle and jihad will not succeed without the support of the governments. Morality and spirituality, of course, can be achieved by that, first of all officials must have a moral and ethical behavior, and secondly, provide the ground for its propagation in society, and to Social institutions in this regard and help them.
The advanced and comprehensive media tools have made it extremely dangerous for anti-spiritual and anti-ethical corporations, and we now see the ever-increasing invasion of the enemies into the hearts of young and teenagers, and even the savage, using these tools. Government-run entities have heavy responsibilities in this regard, which must be smart and fully accountable. And this, of course, this does not mean the removal of responsibility from non-governmental entities and institutions.
Strong economy is a determinant key and an important factor in preventing the influence of other to the country, and the weak economy is a source of influence and dominance and the involvement of enemies in the country. Poverty and richness affect the material and spirituality of mankind. The external challenge to us is the sanctions and the temptations of the enemy that will be effective and even ineffective if the problem is reformed. The inner challenge is structural imperfections and managerial weaknesses.
The solution to our economic problems is resilient economy policies, which must be prepared for executive action plans for all sectors and pursued by government with power and vitality and responsibility. The upcoming era should be the field of activity.
Justice is at the forefront of the primary goals of all divine affairs, and it has the same status in the Islamic Republic. The Islamic Republic of Iran has made great strides in this area.
National Independence means the freedom of the nation and the state from the imposition and bullying of the dominant powers of the world. And social freedom means that the individuals must have the right to decide and act and think for the betterment of themselves and the society as well. The dignity of freedom and independence is considered by those who have fought for it. Independence and current liberation of Iran is an achievement, and it is the result of the blood of hundreds of thousands of brave and self-sacrificing Iranians.
National dignity, foreign relations, borderline with the enemy are branches of the principle of "dignity, wisdom, and expediency" in international relations. The global scene today witnesses the phenomena that have come about or come to the fore: the new movement of Islamic Awakening based on the pattern of resistance to US and Zionist domination; the failure of US policies in the West Asia region and the plundering of their traitorous colleagues in the region; the development of a powerful presence The Islamic Republic of Iran in West Asia, and its wide-ranging reflection around the world of domination.
Today, the Iranian nation, in addition to the criminal America, regards a number of European governments as dictatorial and unreliable. The Islamic Republic of Iran must maintain its boundary with them carefully.
I convey that the West's attempt to promote the Western lifestyle in Iran has caused a lot of moral, economic, religious and political problems to our country; the struggle against it requires a comprehensive and intelligent jihad.
