In his speech he said, 'the role of teacher in education is very crucial. They, in fact, form students' behaviors'. 'Teachers can indirectly teach students by the way they speak, behave and even dress, and so influence their attitudes and behaviors', he added.
He further pointed to the Education Fundamental Transformation Charter and said that the charter lays stress on six subsystems including curriculum, environment and equipment, budget, research, evaluation, and management and human resources. These subsystems are influential in the process of education; however teachers have the key role.
He finally appreciated and admired Ahmad Safi for his long-time efforts in the field of education.
