Teachers Training Coordination Committee

Teachers Training Course contents should be in accordance to the " Educational Reform Statement"

According to the Public Relations of OERP, Fakhreddin Danesh Ashtiani said in his meeting with "Teachers Training Coordination Committee":

To execute contents of " Educational Reform Statement", proper foundations must be prepared and the most important of them all is recruiting teachers.

Recruiting and training teachers is a key factor in execution of " Reform Statement", said Minister of Education.

We should Train teachers with abilities required for execution of " Reform Statement" and obtain these skills before engaging in schools.

Danesh Ashtiani reminded that part of process of training teachers is related to the contents of training courses and we should try to coordinate these contents with articles of Reform Statement.

Mentioning that elementary teachers responsibility is much heavier and more sensitive than other courses, he added: Learning necessary skills and professional characteristics for passing them on to students is crucial and of significant importance.
