The head of Organization for Educational Research and Planning(OERP) Ali Zouelm said: Teaching foreign languages is one of the main 11 education areas in National Curriculum.
Zouelm emphasized the philosophy of teaching a foreign language in the education system is to empower students in their communications with other countries and societies.
