According to the Public Relations of Ministry of Education, yesterday evening, while visiting Glorious Qur’an International Fair, Dr. Fakhreddin Danesh Ashtiani said: Variety of methods in teaching Qur’an is a necessity. Promoting Qur’an in all sections, whether memorizing and reading it or its meanings plays a key role in training of students, so we should try to familiarize them with Qur’an by using new and interesting methods.
Minister of Education described appropriate teaching of Qur’an in accordance with students’ ages as a very important factor and added: Conflating art with Qur’an will deepen the effects of Qur’anic lessons.
He insisted on media covering all Qur’anic activities and remarked: Students and parents should not think that this fair is only a place for selling Qur’an and other religious books, but all aspects of this fair and exciting activities should be covered so people should be motivated to visit the fair.
Minister of Education announced partial payment of teachers’ exams wages back pays and said that we try to settle all till the end of current month. Teachers are far more dignified to miss correcting exam papers due to back pays.
5th Qur’an International Fair is held from 8th to 26 of Khordad, 3rd to 21st of Ramadhan at Imam Khomeini’s Mossala and accepts visitors from 17 to 24 every night.
