Like the previous year, the exhibition will be held in Mosalla, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Heshmati, the Quran and Etrat deputy of the ministry of culture and Islamic Guidance said.
He told Fars news agency that the decision was made after talks with the officials of the Mosalla.
Hojat-ol-Islam Heshmati added that the officials in charge of this year’s expo are making plans and preparations to best hold the exhibit.
The Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition is annually organized by the culture ministry during the holy month of Ramadan.
It is aimed at promoting Quranic concepts and developing Quranic activities.
While the exhibition was hosted by the Mosalla until 2013, it was moved to Tehran’s Holy Defense Garden-Museum in 2014 but was again returned to Mosalla last year.
