The 12th International Conference on Industrial Engineering (ICIE 2016) will be held in January 25-26, 2016, in Tehran.
ICIE 2016 aims to prepare an attractive scientific program with sharing and discussing theoretical and practical knowledge on the topics by high-quality international participants. The conference is open to high quality methodological contributions and relevant real-world applications and case studies from the industry and the services.
Conference topics include optimization, financial engineering, decision making under uncertainty, healthcare systems engineering, maintenance and reliability, safety engineering, ergonomy and environment, to name a few.
The conference is expected to foster networking, collaboration and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in the field. Industries are warmly welcomed to take part in the conference and to discuss their challenges and problems with researchers and students.
Moreover, the conference plan to organize a PhD award which focuses on early research done by PhD students and young researchers in Industrial Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain Management. In parallel, by taking part in a dedicated workshop, the PhD students are invited at an early stage to present and motivate their work as well as their research plans.
