Tehran to Host Top World Storytellers

According to IBNA correspondent, quoting the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of CIDCYA, the 19thedition of the International Storytelling Festival will evaluate the related works in six sections, in five days. The secretariat of the festival has announced the addition of two general and adolescent sections and also increased the days of the competition.
Therefore, with the announcement of the names of the instructors of the Center and others, including the grandparents who presented stories with educational themes and Iranian-Islamic style of living, the Center have taken the first steps toward holding this festival.
It is also interesting to mention that foreign storytellers will also participate in the competition this year. This is while some parts of the festival were formerly held in non-competitive sections. News in this section of the festival will soon be announced.
Cultural and Artistic Creations Bureau of CIDCYA in Tehran will host 57 storytellers from Iran as well as some international participants in February.
