During a meeting with Chancellor of Tehran University Mahmoud Nili-Ahmadabadi, the visiting delegation discussed areas of cooperation between the academic centers.
Nilin said that Tunisia has active and reputable universities and Tehran University is prepared to cooperate in exchange of students and instructors.
Commenting on Tehran University's scientific and research capabilities, he noted that it boasts of the biggest science and technology park, which can serve as a suitable area of cooperation between Tehran and Tunisian universities.
Tehran University welcomes cooperation with Tunisian universities, he said.
Chancellor of Tunis University heading the Tunisian delegation, Hamid Bin Azizeh, for his part, expressed pleasure with his visit to Iran's best university.
'We are willing to cooperate with Tehran University,' he said, hoping that signing the MoUs will usher a new chapter of collaboration with Tehran University.
