The 20th edition of Iran Telecom Fair (aka Telecom 2019) is to be held in Tehran between Dec. 17 and 20.
According to the event’s website, some irregularities forced organizers to change the event’s date.
Earlier, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies and Iran Telecommunications Union announced that they would not participate in the event, if Telecom 2019 is not rescheduled and the fair’s shortcomings are not addressed.
Lack of coordination between organizers and participants had led to disruptions. At present, the ministry’s concerns have apparently been addressed.
Telecom 2019 provides local and foreign tech firms active in the field of communications with an opportunity to showcase their latest products and services.
The event will be held at Tehran’s International Fairground.
