The deputy of the Minister of Education Majid Ghadami has said: there are 1620 Special Education Schools in Iran which nearly 150.000 students study at them.
Ghadami added: 23000 teachers are active in special education. He said: the Ministry of Education tries to provide all possible facilities for students with special needs.
The deputy of the Minister of education noted: the Ministry of Education tries to develop schools of special education across the country.
