Transformation Document is the most important task of the Strategic Council.

According to the Center for Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Education, Sayyed Mohammad Bathayi, on the implementation of the Transformation Document, said that the results of the action taken to operationalize the Transformation Document is going to be be used. The Strategic Council of the Transitional Document must have a time frame for the implementation of sub-systems, and pave the way for implementation. In this context, we have a system designed to monitor the operationalization of the document, with the level of performance updated. To deploy sub-systems, there will be types of organizational structure, decision-making, which includes working groups, the Strategic Council for the Transformation Document and the High Council for Education. Workgroups are available for each sub-system, taking into account tasks assigned to them for the decision-making process and implementation of sub-systems.

 "The coordination necessary for the balanced development of sub-systems is the most important task of the Strategic Council, because imbalances are one of the challenges we face and some of the sub-systems have more and some have less functional progress," he continued. After the approval of the sixth sub-sub-system, only the implementation of the sub-systems will be the task of the various fields of education and we will gradually move to a non-programmatic agenda.

"The process of performance records of the Ministry of Education in the Transformation Document is based on two functional sections of the national curriculum and the activities of the deputies in the past six years, in which the structure of the Ministry of Education and Science is based on the Transition Document, referring to the establishment of the monitoring system of the Transition Document.” Mr Madadi said.

Targets for operational goals, strategies and plans for progressing the document are considered, and how to calculate the progress of operational goals based on strategies and advancement of solutions based on the progress of the programs.

It is worth noting that at the said meeting, the members of the Strategic Development Council for the Transformation Document , while pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of their monitoring system, expressed their suggestions on how to improve the system and how sub-systems are going to be implemented.
