Transformation document solves educational problems

But change in the education system is in two forms, one dimension is in content and context in a way to meet the needs of the community, and another dimension of developments is in the modification of methods so as to be able to change the management of education. The school must be a cultural and educational center but it they are not now. School is the focal point of education, and out-of-school facilities need to be complementary but it is reversed and needs to be corrected. The management subsystem is one of the most fundamental subsystems of the fundamental transformation document and is in some way linked to all its aspects and components in a direct and indirect way. Therefore, they must all be taken very seriously. In the formulation and production of a subsystem, the solidarity and integrity of the principles and the foundations of the document must be strengthened.
