In order to globally register Kilim of Sirjan, the UNESCO international handicrafts assessors and supervisors traveled to the city in Kerman province, to visit Kilim Rugs Museum and Kilim weaving workshops in the rural areas of Sirjan, including the village of Darestan known as the world's Kilim village.
