According to the Ministry of Education and Science's Information and Public Relations Department, Sayyid Mohammad Bathayi, at the 19th provincial meeting by referring to the speeches and pursuing of the Supreme Leader on the educational and cultural studies , said: "The main responsibility and the mission of the University of Cultural Sciences is educating good and competent teachers, and a teacher who knows what he needs for good education and knows the skills necessary to apply his knowledge in the classroom. We have taken a great step towards the goals of the University of Cultural Studies, and more than 40,000 teaching students are expected to study, as well as 17,000 by adopting Article 28, and they will begin their one-year training period to acquire the skills and expertise required for a teacher's profession."
The Minister of Education stressed: "In the Ministry of Education, we are striving to achieve the full potential of the country in the service of the university in order to resolve the shortcomings and to achieve a good teacher education system. In the twelfth government, education has chosen the path to have transformation in many areas of education system. It is the University of Cultural Sciences that is on the front line of the fight against inefficiencies and pests in the education system and it should be the think tank and the center of thought for education system as well. Today the individual competitions have ended, and individual competitions in schools should take their place in collective competitions."
The Minister of Education added: "The demand of families is quality schools, and for this purpose, continuous monitoring and quality control is needed in all schools."
