He emphasized that a book might be rich and excellent, but if the teacher did not have the necessary training, he would not be able to teach the book successfully. Therefore, at the meetings of the Writing Council, there should also be representatives from other relevant constituencies. On the importance of quality products and TQM-based management practices, added that, due to the timing of the output of the educational system, it would not be possible to wait for 12 years to see the product. Therefore, monitoring, evaluation and quality control should be carried out simultaneously and precisely in order to avoid future problems and losses. For such activities, major faculty members from Universities such as Sharif University, Amir Kabir or Tehran, can even be sent to study facilities, if necessary. If a person loves his work, he does not feel fatigue, and he does not end his work until he reaches succes and the desired result.
