Talking to IRNA during his visit to Lorestan province, he added that Russia's technological capabilities, including those in aviation industry and advanced technology, will be displayed in Tehran.
He also said that Russian deputy prime minister will arrive in Tehran at the head of a high-ranking delegation within two or three days.
Noting that the trip will help strengthen Iran-Russia ties in technical and military fields, he said that bilateral relations will also promote their status in the international scene.
President Vladimir Putin will also visit Tehran in near future to attend the World Gas Exporting Forum, Safarov said.
This is Putin's second trip to Tehran in the past seven years, he said.
Russian delegation is in Lorestan on a five-day visit to study investment and prospects of business with the country.
