Books are windows to knowledge and a good book is a good instrument for personal excellence. The first verse revealed to the holy Prophet starts with 'Read, in the name of your Lord who created'. Books and book reading are also of concerns of the supreme leader as well as the president.
Reading equals knowing better and more, thinking better, and speaking and acting better; and who can do without these?
This year too, this book festival is held for seven and eight graders in cooperation with Tehran Municipality in order to help students and to promote the culture of book reading.
