According to the Public Relations of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Fakhreddin Danesh Ashtiani said in a sincere meeting with educational staff of Sistan va Baloochestan which was held at Shahid Aali hall of Zahedan: Educational system is an investment system not a consuming one. This is what is foreseen in "The Statement of Fundamental Reform" but a proper foundation is necessary to fulfill this change in the system, so the most important factor in this subject is to change the point of view.

Emphasizing that students should learn " living" in the schools, he added: School's environment should be the way that students feel like living there, otherwise they won't learn living.

Mentioning that students are full of potentials Minister of Education said: A positive interaction with students will blossom these potentials and deep learning will occur and all these would realize only in heartfelt and friendly environment.

Minister of Education added: Our educational system has always been centered around "memorizing", but now with a change of point of view we must change it to a "creation-centered" system.
