The education minister said today that the school is the main center of education, but it still has a considerable distance from its real place, and educational institutions are still awaiting instructions from higher institutions, therefore management of learning has failed to understand the paths of management and intense centralization has kept its place in the structure of our educational system is this has diminished efficiency.
In the twelfth government, the first step is to reform the methods and management of the education system and in this regard new capacities and cyberspace must be used for pedagogical training of good school administrators.
