
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Educational Research and Planning Organization, at the closing ceremony of the National Festival for Reforming Education Methods and Transforming Learning Environments, the Exciting Classroom Learning Package was unveiled in the presence of President Masoud Pezshekian, Minister of Education Alireza Kazemi, and Director of the Educational Research and Planning Organization Ali Latifi, as well as other members of the Council of Deputies of the Ministry of Education.
The head of the Educational Research and Planning Organization said in this ceremony: The "Exciting Class" project, managed by this organization and with the aim of creating fundamental change in schools, began in Bahman 1403 and continued until Mordad 15, 1404.

He added, "This plan was formed in line with empowering teachers, innovating in teaching methods, and utilizing new technologies. Therefore, the initial draft of the plan was developed in cooperation with the Deputy Heads of Primary and Secondary Education, and after holding specialized meetings in the Supreme Council of Education and receiving feedback from education experts, the final version was prepared for implementation."
Referring to the process of preparing this learning package, Latifi stated: "With the publication of a national call, the participation of selected universities and provinces was attracted, and the necessary coordination was made to attract educational and research personnel. Daily filming of classes, production of studio content and classroom scenarios, as well as the use of technologies such as VR360 film for the scientific tour section, were among the innovative stages of this project."
Production of three key packages, including "Positive Learning Environment", "Successful Teaching Methods", and "Application of Technology in Education"
He continued, saying: "A narrative study specifically for secondary school teachers and special training packages for elementary school teachers were prepared, and this plan was introduced in Mashhad by holding an empowerment course for selected teachers, and three key packages were presented, including "positive learning environment," "successful teaching methods," and "application of technology in education."
A member of the Council of Deputies of the Ministry of Education stated: The project's production content included 16 main topics and 45 specific topics with 49 main files and 115 supplementary files. The studio content was prepared in two compact and detailed versions, 621 and 1001 minutes, respectively, and the classroom content in two compact and detailed versions, 88 minutes and 359 minutes, respectively.
Referring to the details of this learning package, he said: The 'Positive Learning Environment' package, with 6 main topics and 17 specific topics, contains 22 main files and 42 supplementary files, and covers topics such as pedagogical support, developmental evaluation, educational design, educational research, and teacher personal growth.
Referring to the details compiled for the "Successful Teaching Method" package, Latifi stated: "The 'Successful Teaching Method' package includes 7 main topics and 11 specific topics, 10 main files and 15 supplementary files, and addresses topics such as brainstorming, problem-based learning, games and learning, role-playing, group discussion, project-based learning, and scientific tours."
Continuing this tradition, he said: The 'Application of Technology in Education' package also includes 3 main topics and 17 specific topics, 17 main files and 58 supplementary files, and topics such as the definition and applications of artificial intelligence in education, reverse education, and enriching the learning environment with technology have been considered.
Using educational narrative research alongside classroom performance demonstrations
Referring to the innovations made, the member of the Supreme Council for Education and Training stated: "The most important innovations of the project include the use of educational narrative research alongside classroom demonstrations, the use of documentary films, infographics, and conceptual maps, the use of VR360 technology to create a more inclusive educational experience, and the provision of complete content on mobile devices for teachers to access."
Production of more than 2400 minutes of multimedia educational content in three main areas
He concluded by saying: "Ultimately, the "Enthusiastic Class" project, by producing more than 2400 minutes of multimedia educational content in its three main axes, provides a new model for empowering teachers and, by combining pedagogical innovations and educational technologies, creates the basis for a transformation in the teaching-learning process and the realization of an enthusiastic school in the Iranian education system."
