The Grand Ayatollah Sistani issued a statement in which he condemned the execution of Sheikh Nimr and expressed his condolences for his martyrdom. In his message to people of Qatif in Saudi Arabia, the Grand Ayatollah Sistani condemned the execution of Sheikh Nimr.
