Speaking in a conference to review the Sixth Development Plan, Mohammad-Mehdi Tehranchi, the president of Shahid Beheshti University, said that at present some Asian universities are allocating 25% of their capacities to foreign students and some British universities are admitting as much as 30% of their students among foreigners.
He said that expansion of scientific cooperation is among main plans of the Sixth Development Plan.
