He added, "our policy is to replace textbooks with educational packages including textbooks, teacher's guides, educational software and films. These together can bring students a deep and permanent learning.
He pointed to the smart schools and e-learning and said, "we have been working in these fields for several years and we are certain that producing and utilizing educational films can help with promotion of smart schools as well as realizing educational equality."
In conclusion he expressed hopes to have even more participants and more participating countries and to witness more achievements of other countries and participation of teachers and student teachers in the festival in future.
