Closing  ceremony  of  the  45^th International Roshd Film Festival was held in Cinema Felestin, Tehran, on November 20^th. Aliasghar Fani, Minister of Education delivered a speech in the ceremony and said, "perceiving concepts through the senses of vision and hearing is the most important in learning. Experts believe that 88 percent of learning takes place through these senses, therefore films can play a major role in learning."
