Educational and Pedagogical "Roshd" Magazines Published Coinciding with the Start of the New Academic Year

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Office of the Educational Research and Planning Organization, the first issues of the educational and pedagogical "Roshd" magazines have been published in October of this year, coinciding with the start of the 2025-2026 academic year, by the Educational Research and Planning Organization. These are organized into four groups: "Student Magazines," "General Adult Monthlies," "Humanities Quarterlies," and "Basic and Technical Sciences Quarterlies."

As part of the education and learning packages, these magazines, operating within the framework of the objectives and system of education and in line with developing educational justice while considering educational domains, play a complementary and reinforcing role for textbook content. These interactive publications are accessible to students and educational mentors and are distributed and supplied nationwide in schools across the country.

8 Titles of Student Monthlies for All Grades

In the current academic year, 8 titles of "Roshd" student monthly magazines are published for two groups of students.

The first group includes:

"Roshd-e Koodak" (Child Growth) for preschool children and first-grade elementary students;

"Roshd-e Nowamuz" (Novice Growth) for students in the second and third grades of elementary school;

"Roshd-e Danesh-Amuz" (Student Growth) for students in the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades of elementary school;

The second group includes:

"Roshd-e Nojavan" (Adolescent Growth) for students in the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades;

"Roshd-e Javan" (Youth Growth) for students in the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grades;

"Roshd-e Honarju" (Art Student Growth) for students in technical and vocational schools (Art Schools);

"Roshd-e Borhan-e Riazi Motavasete-ye Avval" (Burhan Mathematics Growth for junior high school students) for lower secondary students;

"Roshd-e Borhan-e Motavasete-ye Dovvom" (Burhan Growth for senior high school students) a mathematics magazine for upper secondary students;

General Adult Monthlies; Companions for Administrators and Teachers

The general adult monthlies include "Roshd-e Moalem" (Teacher Growth), "Roshd-e Modiriat-e Madrese" (School Management Growth), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Ebtedai" (Elementary Education Growth), "Roshd-e Madrese-ye Farda" (School of Tomorrow Growth), and "Roshd-e Fanavari-ye Amuzeshi" (Educational Technology Growth). These are published in 8 issues per academic year, and their primary audience is educational administrators, teachers, student-teachers, and specialists from the Ministry of Education.

Specialized Quarterlies in Humanities, Basic Sciences, and Technical Fields

In the section for specialized humanities quarterlies, 11 publications are released, including: "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Maaref-e Eslami" (Growth in Teaching Islamic Studies), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Moshavere Madrese" (Growth in School Counseling), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Zaban va Adab-e Farsi" (Growth in Teaching Persian Language and Literature), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Oloum-e Ejtemai" (Growth in Teaching Social Sciences), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Pish-Dabestani" (Growth in Preschool Education), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Salamat va Tarbiat-e Badani" (Growth in Health and Physical Education), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Tarikh" (Growth in Teaching History), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Joghrafia" (Growth in Teaching Geography), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Zaban-ha-ye Khareji" (Growth in Teaching Foreign Languages), "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Honar" (Growth in Art Education), and "Roshd-e Amuzesh-e Khanevade" (Growth in Family Education).
