Publication of the List of Books Awarded the Roshd Badge

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Educational Research and Planning Organization, the list of books awarded the "Roshd Badge" in the 23rd National Roshd Book Festival has been published, following the completion of the accreditation process.

By establishing a system for accrediting and organizing educational resources, the Educational Research and Planning Organization aims to take a significant step. Through policymaking, standardization, and guidance for the production of these resources, it seeks to create a foundation for acquiring competencies, developing and continuously improving children's identities, and promoting the status of beneficial knowledge. This initiative serves as a vital link in the chain of learning opportunities between school and family.

The Roshd Bibliography: A Reference for Selecting Standard Books in Schools

At the conclusion of each annual book evaluation period, the "Roshd Bibliography" is compiled and published for use in schools, educational spaces, teachers, students, families, and other interested audiences. This bibliography introduces all standard and approved books from children's, young adult, and educational publishers for the Iranian year 1403-1404, as evaluated by the Educational Resources Quality Control System (Roshd Mark). It is published electronically and made available to the public through the website of the Educational Research and Planning Organization.

Intelligent Resource Categorization for Easier Access

To facilitate access for target audiences and enable optimal selection, the Roshd Bibliography organizes resources through collection creation and subject arrangement across five educational levels: pre-primary, primary, lower secondary, upper secondary, and technical/vocational. It further categorizes books by subject and provides a brief introduction for each title. It is anticipated that utilizing this collection will help refine and enrich the educational resources available in learning environments. It is expected to become an efficient and effective tool for teachers and families in selecting useful and appropriate books.

Verified Sources: Endorsed for Official Use in Schools

Consequently, a curated collection of educational resources has been created. These resources were evaluated and validated by the Office of Publications and Educational Technology of the Research Organization during the year 1403, meeting the required content and quantitative criteria to receive the Roshd Badge. Therefore, in accordance with Resolution 828 of the Supreme Council of Education, the use of these resources in schools is permitted and encouraged.
