Rome Mayor Congratulates Norouz

In a message, the mayor extended his congratulations to the Iranian nationals in Rome on the arrival of the ancient New Year event of Nowrouz.
He said Nowrouz heralded peace, friendship and human dignity.
The Rome mayor has observed the occasion since 2011.
UNESCO has registered Nowrouz as a world intangible cultural heritage.
