Dr. Seyed Saeed Ameli a member of virtual space council, delivering a speech in the reflection symposium held in OERP premises claimed that between 11 to 33 percent of investments in developed countries are allocated to virtual space comparing 0.5 percent in Iran.
In the 11th reflection symposium on the nature of virtual space, Hojjatoleslam Mohyeddin Bahram Mohammadian, Deputy Minister of Education for Research Affairs said, 'Students should be familiarized with the culture of virtual space before having access to it and this should be carried out on a national scale'.
